- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing building access and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage the delivery, budgets and expenses related to soft services, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, managing agents, suppliers and contractors to address issues and improve services.
- Develop and implement service schedules and procedures for consistent and effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, risk assessments, and maintaining building health and safety standards.
- Oversee site changes, including fit-outs, building improvements, emergency repairs, and office moves.
- Maintain accurate records of FM contract obligations, planned maintenance, and lifecycle works.
- Write, review, and implement policies and procedures relating to health and safety.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential.
- Experience in facilities management, particularly in ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- A collaborative approach to supplier and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
- Salary £32,500 - £37,500 DOE
