They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their dynamic team and drive the success of their studio.
Operations Manager - The Role:
The successful candidate will oversee daily business functions, ensuring the smooth running of the studio while driving strategic initiatives for growth. You will supervise members of the team, manage budgets, and collaborate across departments to enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily business functions, including inventory management and schedule coordination, ensuring smooth operations
- Provide strategic business oversight, driving continuous improvement in studio efficiency and client satisfaction
- Supervise and support a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing work environment
- Collaborate with various departments to introduce new events and activities, promoting them effectively to increase member engagement
- Look after budgets, track financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and revenue growth
Operations Manager – You:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a management or operations role
- Excellent team management and organisational skills
- A background in the wellness and/or fitness space
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders
- A solid understanding of health and safety standards within the workplace
