Membership Development Officer

The Role
As part of the membership team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating with relevant committees, universities, schools, and employers on relevant schemes. Youll arrange a programme of planned visits to universities and colleges and present on the benefits of membership, and on career opportunities for those within schools. Youll build long term relationships with a range of different organisations. You will also arrange a programme of planned webinars and seminars for subject area groups and international communities, liaising with regions and members to set up these virtual communities. You may also be required to attend exhibitions.

Your Profile
This role is all about personality but you might have gained experience within memberships or ticket sales within an organisation, or perhaps within recruitment or apprenticeships, experience of the educational system is also of huge advantage. You will be a quick learner with good attention to detail and communication skills who enjoys building relationships with a variety of different people.
