A leading design and importer of bulk fashion wear have an exciting opportunity to join their well-established and growing team. If you have experience working within Merchandising for a clothing manufacturer or are a graduate in fashion or textiles and are seeking a career within merchandising, then please apply today

Duties include liaising with fashion houses buying teams regarding bulk fabric orders.Producing detailed contracts and sending to factories globally for the manufacturing process

Following the critical path through to samples being imported, checking for correct materials and colours, advising factories if amendments need to be made

Lab dips, sample fits through to monitoring sample approval and expediting lead times

Excellent grammar and written communication are required, as communication is mainly via email with fashion brands and factories regarding any amendments or changes to orders

Expediting and driving orders through to successful manufacture and import of bulk fabrics into the UK

Producing reports on MS Excel and in-house portals/databases

Friendly and dynamic team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with two years plus Merchandising experience, or a recent graduate with a degree in fashion or textiles who is actively seeking a career within Merchandising
