The senior payroll advisor role reports into the Payroll manager and is responsible for the following:
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
- Conduct data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
- Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with accounts payable functions as needed.
- Generate payroll reports for management review.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
