Primary Supply Teacher

Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Primary CoverTeacher to join our team supporting primary schools across Trafford, Manchester.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you’ll be working across a range of Primary Schools based within Manchester. You will be provided with a range of lessons plans to support your teaching and ensure that you are prepared no matter what is thrown at you.

This is an exciting role for a new or experienced teacher to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!

The Role of a Primary Supply Teacher:

  • Teaching lessons across the curriculum to the whole of the primary age group
  • Implementing a range of behaviour management strategies to inspire and motivate young learners
  • Use of formative and summative assessment to monitor progress and assist in planning next steps
  • Consistently building strong relationships in a range of schools

Essential Qualifications:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with primary school students.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
