Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Property Manager – Duties:
- Booking in and attending lettings viewings & valuations if desired.
- Organising pre tenancy paperwork.
- Negotiating lets.
- Updating window cards and online portals.
- Helping to create marketing material.
- Support in the day to day running of the department.
- Inspections
- Dealing with maintenance
- Pre tenancy paperwork
- General Property Management
Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Property Manager – Experience Needed
- Previous lettings experience is essential, ideally at a Senior Lettings Negotiator level or as a Property Manager.
- Ideally you will be career driven and be looking to take on more responsibility as time goes on
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
- You will have solid IT skills.
- You will be well-spoken and well-presented.
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
