Head of Property Management - £45,000-£50,000 - Greater Manchester

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all mandatory lettings requirements, both locally and nationally.- Provide accurate bi-weekly reporting on rental arrears.- Maintain high service levels for tenants and landlords, resolving issues promptly.- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property managers, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.- Administer and enhance business systems, databases, processes, and policies.- Manage a large portfolio of student and residential properties.- Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.- Handle tenancy agreements, payments, contract signing, and deposit registration.- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with site teams.- Maintain high occupancy rates in collaboration with on-site teams.- Act as the first point of contact for new investors and owners.- Exhibit resilience and a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Experience:

- ARLA Qualification is essential.- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.- A dynamic, driven personality with a passion for the industry.- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.- Exceptional organisational skills.- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.- Proficient in presenting and interpreting information.- A collaborative team player who can inspire and motivate colleagues.

Skills & Abilities:

- Essential experience in lettings and property management.- Strong managerial and team management skills.- Enthusiastic and goal-oriented.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.- Ability to prioritise and manage a complex workload.- Flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working hours: Monday-Friday
