My client is a specialist recruiter within the Professional Services Sector. They have a number of permanent and contract vacancies for various divisions within the company due to growth and expansion.
They are a very established and well-regarded business entity.
Duties and responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:
- We are: Looking for someone who has personal drive, enthusiasm towards work, personable and a hunger to do the best they can with clients, candidates and colleagues.
- Comfortable with new business calls ( cold calls ), call backs, account management, up selling your and our differing divisions, organising terms over the phone and via email.
- All calls will need to be registered and noted / documented on our in-house CRM system.
- Speaking to clients who have a job requirements they would like us to assist with, spend time taking a full and detailed job description, obtaining full information from requirements, team fit, salary and more.
- Be confident and pro-active when booking interviews and / or obtaining feedback from interviews held.
- Write, place and update adverts in line with company format and procedures.
- Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods creating a short list.
- Monitor responses / applications received and make sure that the candidate’s applications are followed through accurately and efficiently.
- Qualify, short list and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.
- Initiate, manage and develop candidate and client relationships.
- Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
