Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Debtors Ledgers, ensuring prompt payments and minimising bad debt
  • Allocate daily cash receipts across multiple accounts and ledgers
  • Chase aged debts via phone and email
  • Organise sales ledger data in Excel to create a prioritised debt-chasing schedule
  • Handle customer queries and disputes efficiently
