Science Teacher

Cover People have recently seen an increased need for local Science Teachers in Secondary Schools across Trafford for day-to-day and long-term supply. We are looking for Science teachers who are looking for candidates who are looking for flexible day to day work or full time, long term opportunities.

Your new role

You will be expected to:

• Support students with their learning
• Monitor student behaviour in the classroom
• Be familiar with the schools policies and procedures to deal with any immediate problems
• Be confident in delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Be capable of adapting to varying student needs

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will be an experienced Science Teacher with QTS. You must have good knowledge of the current curriculum and recent experience teaching pupils aged 11-18. You will need to be able to provide good to outstanding references.
Cover People welcome all teachers with QTS, including ECT's.

Working on a temporary long-term basis, you will receive weekly pay at competitive rates and holiday pay and pension contributions per week. Cover People will pay to scale from the get go on long term placements!

We offer the choice between PAYE or Umbrella payment options.
