We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator, to assist the management in day to day operations of the Care Agency.You will be expected tomanage and supervise the care workers and support the Branch Manager to ensure the branch is providing an excellent provision of service to our customers, clients and colleagues on a daily basis.

Care Co-ordinator responsibilities will Include:

  • You will ensure that computerised and manual records are up to date at all times including rostering.
  • You will supervise a team of Care workers.
  • The Care Co-ordinator will assist in day to day operation of the Care agency.
  • You will take care of new referrals from private customers and social services teams, ensuring fullinformation is received and appropriate care planning is undertaken.

The successful candidate will have:

Skills to create and maintain administrative systems.

Reliable and trustworthy. Effective team player.

Experience:

We are looking for candidates with atleast 2 years of exprience.
