Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Adult Community Mental Health team at Crossgate House House. Within this role, you will provide a person centred, statutory social work service for a caseload of patients in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. You will be assessing and planning support plans to meet individual needs as well as working with partners to safeguard service users.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
