Description
- Support accountants with preparing monthly management accounts
- Prepare contract costing analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accurate processing of revenue and costs
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform routine accounting tasks such as invoice processing and reconciliation
- Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems
- Excel skills including Pivot Tables and V-lookups
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive approach towards problem-solving
