This is a role where you'll work with a manager who will encourage you, motivate you and inspire you to want his role!
She is a Qualified Finance Manager who wants someone to follow in her footsteps and have all the opportunities she's had within his career.
What this means is you'll be working for someone who wants to see you qualify, wants to see you develop your skillset and in return, wants to see you progress through the business.
She will be with you for your first 4-8 weeks at the business however she will be based out of their Dubai office but will always at the other end of the phone or available for a Teams call!
Therefore, it's absolutely essential you have at least 18 months - 2 years' transactional finance experience as whilst you'll be surrounded by a brilliant bunch of supportive colleagues in Salford Quays, you'll be the only person based there in the finance team.
The great thing is this means in the next few years you can look forward to being head of the function in the UK and building your own team around you!
