We are seeking an Administration Officer to join the Salford Property team. This role involves managing the general inbox, data input to the Property Management system, general administration, and overseeing the Council's advertisement portfolio. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance and administration.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the general inbox, ensuring all communications are handled efficiently.
  • Input data accurately into the Property Management system.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Property team.
  • Oversee the Council's advertisement portfolio, ensuring all adverts are up-to-date and accurately displayed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation within the department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in finance and administration.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management and office software.
