Job Title: Arborist

Salary: 26,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary - Permanent
About the Role:
We are recruiting for a skilled Arborist, providing a comprehensive arboriculture service for our social housing client. This role is key in maintaining and ensuring the health and safety of our tree stocks, as well as delivering high-quality service for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance of tree stocks, ensuring a healthy, safe, and sustainable environment.
- Supervise and guide the arboriculture team in the absence of the Lead Arborist.
- Carry out arboriculture works according to seasonal demands and schedules, adhering to the highest safety standards.
- Ensure all tools, machinery, and vehicles are properly maintained and report any damages.
- Work closely with the team to plan tasks and assess resource needs.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and take appropriate action in emergencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by keeping grounds clean, safe, and adhering to service standards.
About You:
- Relevant qualifications in Arboriculture (CS30, CS31, CS32, CS38, CS39).
- A full, clean driving license is required.
- Experience working in a social housing environment is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
