Page Personnel are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Manager on behalf of a well established retail business based in Salford.

Working in a shared service centre environment, you will be responsible for managing a medium sized team and liaising with multiple sites across the UK to ensure the smooth running out of accounts receivable processes.

Description

Accounts Receivable Manager duties include:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of the billing & credit control functions across multiple international entities.
  • Support month end AR activities such as month end reporting & BS reconciliations.
  • Liaising with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Setting and monitoring KPI's.
  • Performance analysis.
  • Ensuring all processes are up to standard and improving AR processes where applicable.
  • Manage staff across the AR function including 121's, KPI's and target setting.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record in a similar role (international business, SSC environment).
  • Be able to demonstrate effective team management.
  • Be an excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Be proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Previous working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 would be beneficial.
