Location: Salford, Responsive to the Manchester area
Salary: 19.00 p/h
Job Type: Temporary - Permenant

Social Housing Experience Required!

We are looking for a Bricklayer to work for a Housing Association based in Salford. You will be responsible for constructing and repairing walls, partitions, arches, and other structures using bricks, blocks, and stone.

Immediate start, Temp Position, Rate 23 p/h CIS

Key Requirements:

• DBS
• Previous experience in bricklaying, especially in social housing
• Residency near our business operations.
• NVQ certification is preferable.
• Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to high standards.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations in construction.

Responsibilities:

• Lay bricks, blocks, and stone to build or repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structures.
• Ensure all work is done to specification and within deadlines.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on site.
