- Contact businesses using CRM data to generate new sales opportunities for the field sales team.
- Following up on prospect data, inbound leads, and marketing campaigns to nurture a long-term sales pipeline.
- Updating CRM records with key details such as decision-makers, suppliers, and contract periods.
- Leveraging tools, social media, and news channels to identify opportunities and position services effectively.
- Driving activity to meet and exceed KPIs and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional client service.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in a telephone-based role or customer service/retail environment.
- Strong customer service skills and familiarity with the sales process.
- Confident, charismatic communicator with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level, with Maths and English essential.
