Title: Business Development ConsultantLocation: ManchesterWorking Pattern: Hybrid Salary: Competitive with commissionJGA are partnered with a leading business seeking motivated Business Development Consultants to join their team.You will be responsible for:

  • Contact businesses using CRM data to generate new sales opportunities for the field sales team.
  • Following up on prospect data, inbound leads, and marketing campaigns to nurture a long-term sales pipeline.
  • Updating CRM records with key details such as decision-makers, suppliers, and contract periods.
  • Leveraging tools, social media, and news channels to identify opportunities and position services effectively.
  • Driving activity to meet and exceed KPIs and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional client service.
About You:
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in a telephone-based role or customer service/retail environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and familiarity with the sales process.
  • Confident, charismatic communicator with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE Level, with Maths and English essential.
  • Organised, driven, and eager to develop your career in a dynamic and collaborative team.
