Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: £30,000–£32,000 per annum + Uncapped Quarterly Commission OTE £50k pa + Holidays + Pension

Your Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Conduct outbound cold sales calls to prospective clients, introducing tailored solutions to meet their energy management needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Leverage industry insights to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with a driven team to exceed new business sales targets and contribute to our clients growth story.
- Utilise tools like Hubspot to track, manage, and develop your sales pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in solution-based outbound telesales or telemarketing, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Technical background or a strong technical aptitude would be an advantage
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a consultative approach to sales.
- Resilience and adaptability in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
