Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Joiner to join our team, based in Salford.  You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £31,363.50 per annum Plus OTE, company van & fuel card plus excellent benefits!

Responsibilities for this Joiner role are:

Repair/ renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/ fit soffits fascia and barge boardsRepair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, stud work and partition wallsT and G or sheet flooringRepair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panellingRepair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishesRepair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windowsRepair/ renew timber and UPVC window framesDeglaze/ reglaze timber fencing and gatesMaintain and replenish vehicle impress stock

What we are looking for in our ideal Joiner:

Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).Experience of working as a Joiner with any experience gained within a social housing environment would be advantageous.  Competent in all aspects of joinery trade discipline and with experience of maintenance work on domestic and commercial properties, including high rise blocks for general repairs and refurbishments.  A background of general joinery and carpentry work and be able to work in confined spaces.  A current driving licence is essential.  Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
