The Job Role:
- B&I Chef Manager to oversee catering for a stunning client office in central Manchester
- The Chef Manager will be responsible for overseeing and producing a fresh on trend breakfast and lunch offering alongside hospitality for meetings and events.

The Requirements
- A Chef Manager with good experience in quality fresh food operations.
- A Chef manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
- A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
- Computer literate and can liaise with clients
