Business Development Manager-up to £40k+ commission (full time in office)-Salford Quays
Our client is an award-winning digital & media agency based in Salford Quays. They guide their clients through the media landscape by providing creative media plans and campaigns to meet and exceed expectations.They are looking for a skilled Salesperson to join their team to develop existing accounts and handle new enquiries. Experience within media and digital is preferred for this position.
Duties of the Business Development Manager:* Deliver a consultative approach to warm leads.* Understand and qualify client needs.* Plan and implement strategies for campaigns with support of the BDM lead and media/digital teams.* Work closely with data teams to prepare client reports to present back to Account Directors* Oversee quality of work.* Understanding of the media landscape and how agencies work (preferred but not required).
What you'll need to be successful in this role:* 3 years of experience in a client facing/BDM role.* Media or digital experience is preferred.* Excellent qualification and brief-taking skills are essential.* This position is perfectly suited to BDMs that feel restricted by the limited scope of their current medium and weary of perpetual lead generation/cold calling.
