* Computer admin of NHS customer accounts
* Data entry and inputting daily orders using detailed codes,
* Answering the telephone to take customer calls and deal with enquiries, orders and queries, dealing with emails.
As a customer service administrator, you must be a confident communicator, enjoy fast paced work and have a keen eye for detail.
