Basic Salary £27,000 up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped OTE

As a Business Development Executive, you will have a minimum of 6 months experience of working in a sales related role, be a self-starter equipped with tenacity, resilience with a competitive streak. Candidate Skills & Duties

  • You will have excellent communications skills with a desire to build long-term relationships.
  • Acting as brand ambassador sharing your deep understanding of ’s value proposition and award-winning solution, utilising all available tools to promote the company and model
  • Identify research and proactively reach out to potential clients engaging in consultative and commercial conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Setting up and supporting calls for the business development team to drive the sales process and acquire new customers.
  • Attend meetings with prospective customers and attend assessment centres across the UK to help clients find the best-fit talent.
  • Networking with sales leaders and CEOs at exhibitions and conferences to generate interest.
