There is minimal cold calling involved in this role as they have a large number of warm leads generated through their website and social media channels. Responsibilities

Building relationships with new clients and manage relationships with existing ones

Generating business by inbound and outbound calls and email

Managing the full sales cycle

Updating CRM with accurate data

Following up on all sales leads generated online

Aim to generate repeat sales clients

Creating quotations and confirmations of orders
