We are currently seeking a Sales Advisor to join a dynamic team in Irlam. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a sales/account manager role and enjoys building strong working relationships and with key customers.
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
Hybrid working available once fully trained!
Responsibilities
- Taking incoming coming calls from customers to discuss products and services
- Take a proactive approach with customers to explore other opportunities
- Provide official quotes to customer over the phone and via email
- Actively follow up via email and phone
- Record all customer information correctly
- Effectively respond to customer queries
- Work within the wider team to achieve company goals
Requirements
- Previous experience upselling products within a role or a direct sales position
- Ability to confidently communicate with customers over the phone
- A proactive approach to working
- Confident, outgoing personality
- Able to prioritise, work efficiently and productively, and manage own time well
- Computer literate - have a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages with ability to pick up different computer systems
- Have strong verbal, writing and listening skills.
