This role will help us to do this by working in an agile way to achieve our vision of "creating fantastic places to live and enjoy life". To support the organisation’s growth ambitions including the identification and negotiation of new business opportunities. To project manage the delivery of development projects, whilst providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Demonstrate leadership behaviours aimed at ensuring colleagues develop their potential in line with the values of the organisation.

  • Identify and develop future growth opportunities through excellent strategic partnership working, and relationship management with private and public sector partners.

  • Manage strategic relationships and funding agreements with Homes England and other relevant funding partners.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders by understanding the different needs and tailoring your approach.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams on all projects including sharing information at key stages.

  • Project manage major regeneration and complex projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams and partners to achieve agreed outcomes, balancing risk, quality, time and budget parameters.

We need people who are

  • Professional qualification within a construction, housing or related professional discipline

  • Experience of extensive project management experience within property related environment including large scale and complex projects

  • Experience of procurement of contracts and management of contracts/consultants, site acquisition, sales and marketing of property

  • Knowledge of the Homes England & GMCA requirements for funding and regulation

  • Can Identify new development business opportunities with strong problem solving, negotiation and decision- making abilities

  • Excellent written, verbal, mathematical and presentation skills

  • Full valid driving licence and access to own vehicle for work purposes
