We are partnered with an electronics manufacturing business who design and produce audio visual connectivity products.

Together, we are recruiting for an On-Site Electronic Product Support Specialist to support new and existing customers as well as on site staff with their AV products.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Electronics products industry or a Degree in Electronics and a drive to learn about the AV products.

You will be working on the service desk to start with working alongside industry experts to guild you through the day-to-day processes in provide customer product support.

Full Product knowledge and product support & maintenance training will be provided.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow their knowledge in the Electronics world

General duties include will be:

Addressing customer support inquiries through the ticketing system (Zendesk

Performing maintenance, servicing, upgrades, and repairs of existing audio-visual products

Managing the processing of repairs returned to the office.

Handling support cases efficiently to meet KPIs and customer expectations.

Promoting and selling after-sales products and services

Overseeing after-sales opportunities and quotations through the CRM system.

Developing technical procedures for troubleshooting and support.

Assisting in the creation and upkeep of after-sales and support documentation and media

Conducting installation and provide basic user training

Supporting the maintenance of the CRM database.

Managing after-sales catalogues and pricing lists.

Ensuring all support-related activities are accurately documented in company systems.

Coordinating with the Production department for stock requests required to fulfil duties.

Supporting sales staff with technical queries

Must have:

Electronics Degree or experience with Electronics

Excellent communication skills

Able to commute to Salford Monday - Friday

Must have full right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not provided at this time)

This office provides onsite parking.
