You will be working for a well established, growing professional services business based in Salford. Key duties include; proactive customer contact, building relationships with stakeholders, handling legal cases, escalating to legal proceeding, liaising with solicitors, responding to queries, taking a sensitive approach when requires and much more. To be considered you must have prior Collections / Credit Control experience. Legal experience or escalating accounts to legal is also highly desirable.
