The RoleJoin our client's growing team as a Credit Control/Collections Executive, where you’ll play a vital role in recovering funds for invoice finance lenders and insolvency clients. Working in a modern, dynamic office, you’ll take ownership of cases, ensuring timely resolution through effective communication and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned cases, using various methods to establish debtor contact and resolve disputes.
  • Secure payments or agree on payment plans after assessing financial health and evidence.
  • Ensure payment plans and promised payments are maintained.
  • Prioritize workload to meet personal and team targets, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Contribute to team productivity and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Support special projects as assigned by the Collections Manager.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in credit control/collections essential. Invoice finance experience advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (Sage or similar experience desirable).
  • Attributes: Team player, self-motivated, adaptable, reliable, and capable of working under pressure.
