You will be working for a rapidly growing business based in Salford who is continuously increasing their market share resulting in this role becoming available. Based in brand new offices with public transport links and free parking, they boast a modern and accessible office space. This role requires you to proactively reduce outstanding debt by maintaining your ledger of private tenants. This include chasing tenants via means of phone & email, issuing warning letters, building & maintaining relationships with tenants, proceeding with legal action when required and many other ad hoc tasks. The job is full time with the very occasional requirement to work a Saturday morning with sufficient notice given. To be considered a background in chasing consumer debt is an essential and prior experience of working within the property and/or housing industry is highly advantageous.
