Customer Service Adviser / Contact Centre Agent who is friendly, professional and is great listener with an excellent telephone manner is required to join an established call centre that has built its reputation by providing specialised, and compassionate engagement services to clients.

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

If you have previous experience working in a call centre, then great. If not, the company will provide full training and support to ensure you start off on the right foot.

SALARY: £25,000 - £28,940 per annum + Bonus + Generous Benefits (see below)

LOCATION: Hybrid / Manchester, North West England

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Thursday (alternating 8am-4pm and 12pm-8pm) Friday (alternating 8am-3.30pm and 10am-5.30pm) Saturday (9am-1pm - working one in four Saturdays)

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Adviser / Contact Centre Agent(known within the business as an Estate Care Specialist)who is friendly, professional and is great listener with an excellent telephone manner.

Due to continued growth, the company is looking to recruit 10 people. Call centre or financial services experience is an advantage and we will also consider candidates from all types of backgrounds, whether that’s working as a Retail Assistant, Administrator, Office Assistant, Waiting Staff, or Shop Assistant just to name a few. The most important factor is you have a friendly, professional approach to your work, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced role, handle difficult conversations with customers and willing to learn how to do the job.

On a day-to-day basis as a Customer Service Adviser / Contact Centre Agent you will be engaging with both clients and customers to provide a 'Best in Class’ service, whilst adhering to the company’s core values of Compassion, Compliance, Commitment & Innovation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

As a Customer Service Adviser / Contact Centre Agent you will have the following attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of vulnerable customers and how to identify them
  • Good telephone manner, building rapport with customers
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to confidently articulate the best outcome for the customer on the spot.
  • Good IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
