An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service executive specialising in accounting and finance to join a well-established market leading company based in Salford. Primarily providing accounting and finance subject matter expertise within the technical Support to advise and help customers use the software.

My client is in search for a candidate with accounting experience who is looking to build a career working in a customer service role. Ideally the candidate should be a super user on an ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on accounting and Finance issues for customers
  • Provide application support to clients via telephone, email and remote access
  • Diagnose incidents and assess priority
  • Assist on new customer implementations
  • Functionality implementation for existing customers
  • Internal and external training and documentation

Required Skills

  • Accounting/Business Finance experience or qualifications
  • Experience training or supporting other staff with accounting software.
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Ability to provide a professional and enthusiastic service, ensuring that any interactions clients have with the company are positive
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire and ability to become an expert in complex applications
  • Experience in a customer facing position
