Office based in Salford

With the christmas period getting closer. Robert Walters have partnered with one of the leading online retailers in the UK. During the periods of October to the start of January we are expecting a big uptake in the customer service division. Due to this we require several temporary staff to join during this time period.

  • Period between 1 to 3 months temporary cover
  • Weekly pay
  • Hybrid working, Salford based (Personal laptop and good home internet connection needed)
  • Closed on Christmas day
  • Shift patterns between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday with 2 consecutive days off. Working days include bank holidays
  • Shift pattern given following the first week of training
  • Start dates as soon as Monday 21st October

Job duties:

  • Engage with customers through email, providing exceptional service and support
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, ensuring a positive and personalised approach
  • Handle all customer interactions with a solution focused mindset
  • Manage orders, returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy and using systems correctly
  • Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals focused on customer satisfaction
  • Carry out all tasks whilst living and breathing the Beauty Bay values and behaviours

What you will bring:

  • Experience working in customer service or graduates with good written and communication skills
  • Own laptop and internet connection at home
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Excellent written communication and people skills.
  • Good IT skills and comfortable using software such as excel
  • Polite, tactful and friendly attitude.
