Our range includes wiring accessories, domestic and commercial lighting, circuit protection, solar and much more.

As part of our dedicated service, we endeavour to stock every product to meet your individual needs and offer prompt next day delivery on in stock items. Which comes free of charge for orders over £100.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Exceed customers’ expectations and keep our customer service standards high.• Handle inbound telephone calls, e-mails and online correspondence with customers.• Support customer on all aspects from product queries, advice and aftersales care.• Process customer returns and exchanges.• Take ownership of any issues and finding suitable solutions.• Providing prompt, efficient and consistent information and communication.

• Build a strong relationship with the product and marketing teams.

So, who are we looking for?

Do you have electrical product knowledge ? Are you an experienced customer service advisor with a can-do attitude who can handle day to day challenges and offer creative solutions to customers. A great team player, confident to communicate with customers but also with our purchasing, product and marketing team. This is an office based role.

Then we are looking for you. Do you have:

•A passion for first class customer service.

•Excellent spoken and written communication skills.• The ability to build a rapport with people quickly and effectively.• A professional and pro-active attitude with great attention to detail.• Be able to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably.• Confident, resilient and assertive decision-making skills.• Good MS Office skill.• Customer Service experience.• Experience in an electrical wholesale, B2B/B2C or trade counter environment.
