About the Role:

As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our marketing team and introducing a new position for an Engagement & Digital Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our marketing efforts and contribute to our ongoing success.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at both acquiring new leads and enhancing relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:Lead the creation, execution, and management of marketing campaigns designed to engage and retain customers. This includes overseeing all campaign elements, managing budgets, and ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Customer Engagement:Develop and implement engagement and retention programs that reduce customer churn and enhance brand loyalty through personalised communication strategies, including email and SMS.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Customer Services and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, particularly during the re-sign/upsell process.
  • Analytics & Reporting:Analyze customer data to segment and target specific cohorts, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports on campaign progress and outcomes.
  • Strategic Oversight:Present campaign progress and results to key stakeholders, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.


What Were Looking For:

  • Experience:Minimum of 3 years in campaign planning and execution, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
  • Skills:Excellent data mining and analytical skills to derive actionable insights, alongside superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attributes:A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset and up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends.
  • Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with the broadband or telecoms industry is a plus, but not essential.
