- Manage budgets and performance across digital channels (search, social, programmatic, display, affiliates).
- Oversee relationships with agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to plan, optimize campaigns, and leverage new technologies.
- Analyse data and refine strategies to improve ROAS, customer engagement, and sales.
- Ensure brand alignment of digital assets and campaigns.
- Track campaigns using analytics tools and provide insightful reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend changes to stay ahead in the market.
- Understanding of SEO and Content marketing
- Experience in a similar role managing performance of digital marketing channels across all Paid channels with Ecommerce is essential
- Expertise across various marketing channels (search, social, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills using data and attribution models to make investment decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex data to stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of web analytics and digital marketing tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Experience managing external agencies with significant budgets.
