Head of Digital Performance MarketingNigel Wright are delighted to be partnered with a fast-growing Ecommerce company based in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Head of Digital Performance Marketing.You'll be responsible for managing and developing digital marketing campaigns across various channels like search, social media, and affiliate programs.The goal is to drive sales and brand awareness while ensuring a strong return on ad spend and growth across all digital platforms.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage budgets and performance across digital channels (search, social, programmatic, display, affiliates).
  • Oversee relationships with agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to plan, optimize campaigns, and leverage new technologies.
  • Analyse data and refine strategies to improve ROAS, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Ensure brand alignment of digital assets and campaigns.
  • Track campaigns using analytics tools and provide insightful reports.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and recommend changes to stay ahead in the market.
  • Understanding of SEO and Content marketing
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role managing performance of digital marketing channels across all Paid channels with Ecommerce is essential
  • Expertise across various marketing channels (search, social, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills using data and attribution models to make investment decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex data to stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of web analytics and digital marketing tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Experience managing external agencies with significant budgets.
  • Passion for emerging digital marketing trends and optimisation techniques.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on results.
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail.
