Role Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted support to pupils with speech and language needs
- Assist with implementing strategies recommended by speech therapists and SENCO
- Support pupils' learning in class and during small intervention sessions
- Build positive relationships with pupils to enhance their confidence and engagement
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly speech and language needs
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
- Right to work in the Uk
