We are recruiting for a skilled Electrician to join the team of a housing association in Salford. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, including participation in the on-call rota. This is a temp- perm position.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, and repair work in residential properties, ensuring the safety and compliance of all electrical systems in line with current regulations.
• Conduct electrical inspections and testing, ensuring compliance.
• Use a PDA
• Liaising with tenants to ensure minimal disruption and effective resolution of issues.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults

Requirements

• 2391
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Full UK driving license.
• Experience in the social housing sector.
