- Up To £40k basic per annum + Comms of up to 40%
- Originating and developing profitable business relationships with businesses and funders across your specialist finance area.
- Prospecting new business and identifying areas for business with new clients, funders and introducers.
- Becoming the single point of contact for your clients, attending and servicing their needs within agreed timeframes.
- Maximising commercial opportunities within existing business accounts to promote repeat business and upselling.
- Preparing and proposing lending solutions tailored to the needs of your clients, working in conjunction with the internal admin team to streamline the process.
- Arrange to be visible to clients both new and existing through face to face meetings, networking events and corporate hospitality.
- Develop your own personal brand and reputation in the market through the likes of excellent service, referrals, effective use of LinkedIn.
- Strive to meet and exceed targets on a consistent basis.
- Financial sales experience across areas such as; Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, ABL, Cashflow Lending and Business Loans.
- Target driven and used to working to a fast pace is key.
- Financially driven and motivated to maximise earnings.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed targets in current role.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
