We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to provide critical financial leadership and support to drive business performance, on an interim basis 12Month FTC.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Finance Business Partner, you will:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business objectives.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and monitor budgets, forecasts, and operational plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and maintain robust financial controls.
  • Oversee reporting and analysis, including management accounts, trend reviews, and statutory reporting.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering career growth and ensuring effective team coverage.
  • Support operational teams with financial leadership and identify opportunities for growth through contract changes.

Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will:

  • ACCA/ACA
  • Have expertise in working within large, multi-service environments, particularly with complex contracts.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to influence business decisions and deliver performance improvements with measurable profit impact.
  • Effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business context.
  • Exhibit a strong ability to connect financial and non-financial metrics to business strategies.
