About the Role

As a Finance Manager, you will lead the monthly financial reporting processes, provide key financial insights, and partner with business and finance stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and driving continuous process improvements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly financial reporting processes, including management accounts, CFO packs, and Board Reports.
  • Partner with business and finance stakeholders to interpret performance analysis and provide commercial insights.
  • Identify key risks and opportunities based on financial results and accounting standards.
  • Present financial results to finance business partners, senior leadership, and management teams.
  • Implement complex accounting standards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Enhance governance and financial control processes to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency across financial reporting.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to internal and external auditors.
  • Lead finance-related projects that support business improvements.
  • Build and manage a high-performing finance team.


What Were Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Qualified Accountant.
  • Extensive finance experience, including working in shared services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, data analysis, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Medius software and D365.
