- Manage and process a high volume of cases from initiation to resolution.
- Liaise with clients, third parties, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Review case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide regular updates to clients and other parties involved in the case.
- Identify and escalate complex cases to senior management or specialized teams.
- Proven experience in case management, claims handling, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
