Join a global leader in the manufacturing sector and take charge of the Reporting Strategy! As the RTR Head of Reporting, you will lead a dynamic team and shape financial insights, transforming traditional reporting into a best-in-class commercial analysis function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Global Reporting Centre of Excellence, recruiting and managing a team of up to 12 FTE.
  • Own and drive the Global Reporting Transformation, delivering real-time, actionable commercial insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, including the Board and cross-functional teams, to define and meet financial reporting requirements.
  • Lead the development of SAP-based Financial & Commercial Reporting Tools.
  • Standardise reporting and analytics across business units, supporting global operations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with experience in Financial & Commercial Reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC6 / S4 HANA / BW / SAC.
  • Experience in leading financial transformation programs.
  • Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive change.

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 office days per week and some global travel.
