P4 Recruitment is seeking a Children's Residential Team Leader in Salford to support young adults aged 16-18 with mental health issues.
The position requires 40 hours of work per week, with various shifts including day shifts from 7.30 am to 9 pm and waking nights from 8.30 pm to 8 am.
The salary for this role is £12.80 per hour.
Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and be knowledgeable about safeguarding and Ofsted regulations.
Experience in a similar role is required to effectively deliver high-quality care and support.
