Empowering Learning is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Exam Invigilators to support a secondary school in Salford during the upcoming exam season. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of examinations and support students in achieving their best.
The Role:
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exams are conducted in accordance with established regulations. This includes supervising students, maintaining exam conditions, and providing assistance where necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up examination venues and distributing exam materials.
- Supervising students during exams to ensure regulations are followed.
- Assisting with queries and ensuring a calm environment.
- Collecting and securely storing completed exam papers.
- Reporting any irregularities or concerns to senior staff.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
