Taylor Stevenson are happy to announce that we are now working with a very well established, powerhouse of a client within the HGV industry who are one of the largest Renault truck and van dealerships in the UK spread over 3 branches in the North West!
Alongside being of the largest within its field nationwide, they are also one of the most established as have been trading since 1965 and only going from strength to strength whilst winning several awards along the way!
Due to the consistent growth and expansion they're seeing year on year, they're now looking for aParts Advisorto join them at their Salford site!
This is a full time role paying between 29500 - 30000 + 300 MONTHLY BONUS!
This is a full time role with work hours being 9AM - 6PM Monday to Friday with a Saturday shift 1 in every 4 weeks.
Your duties will include:
- Manage incoming calls and handle customer orders in person, over the phone, or via sales staff.
- Ensure all required administration is completed accurately and on time.
- Suggest product alternatives and utilise add-on selling opportunities to boost sales.
- Monitor stock levels and order parts as needed.
Their ideal candidate they're looking for:
- Will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the HGV, commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
- Or have a passion for trucks and know your truck / car parts.
- A customer focused, sales driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
