- Ensuring that the facility adheres to all engineering compliance standards not putting members or employees at any risk.
- Ensuring the basic fixtures and fittings of the building are maintained to the highest standards of order and tidiness at all times.
- Adhering to daily and weekly checks to ensure the smooth operation of the site while keeping up to date & accurate records.
- Following all Health & Safety policies and reporting any issues or concerns immediately.
- Maintaining the basement, plant rooms, roof and fire exits to company standards and ensuring all plant and equipment is maintained.
- Being proactive, using your initiative and taking ownership of situations such as member complaints.
- Working as part of the wider club team, demonstrating a professional and courteous manner to members, assisting with queries they may have.
- Can demonstrate previous experience of all aspects of building services systems and a good knowledge of building services compliance
- Basic skills in plumbing, joinery, tiling and painting
- Ability to always work on site and to have flexibility in your work schedule demonstrating a readiness to contribute during early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
